The Ahola Corporation is seeking a Distribution & 401k Support Specialist to join our Ohio team. This dual-role position handles distribution tasks and 401(k) data administration, ensuring accurate, timely handling of materials and electronic data files.

The role requires strong organization, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering precise results. Proficiency in MS Office and a willingness to learn our systems are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and detail-oriented skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, organize, and distribute mail, packages, and supplies to appropriate recipients.
• Process outgoing mail and shipments with accuracy in addresses and labels.
• Maintain organized distribution and receiving areas and monitor inventory of supplies.
• Assist with ordering and distributing office supplies.
• Coordinate shipments with carriers and resolve routine issues.
• Process 401(k) payroll files, EDI files, and system imports/exports per procedures.
• Review data for completeness and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with data audits, reconciliations, and quality-control reviews.
• Provide administrative and technical support for 401(k) projects.
