Human Interest is seeking a detail-oriented Benefits Processing team member to manage 401(k) distributions with accuracy and timeliness. You will learn 401(k) systems, troubleshoot issues, and partner with internal teams to optimize workflows.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in Accounting or 401(k) Recordkeeping (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Clear verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Strong numerical aptitude and basic problem-solving.
• Interest in research and willingness to identify process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Review data for accuracy and escalate discrepancies as needed.
• Process participant distributions timely and accurately.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies for reliable reporting.
• Facilitate cross-team communication to resolve inquiries efficiently.
• Learn and improve understanding of the company’s processes.
