• High school diploma or equivalent; payroll, HCM, or related industry experience preferred.
• Experience with payroll processing and/or HCM software platforms; iSolved experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional phone and email support to clients, assisting with questions, requests, and general payroll-related needs.
• Process payrolls, payroll adjustments, and client account maintenance activities accurately and efficiently across varying levels of client accounts.
• Learn and develop proficiency in payroll system configurations, including client accruals, retirement plans, and other account setups.
• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve client inquiries while meeting established service expectations and deadlines.
