Job summary

Daimler Truck Financial Services in Charlotte, NC is hiring a Commercial Credit and Restructuring Analyst. You will manage distressed fleet accounts, negotiate workout plans, and analyze financial data to support restructuring decisions.

You will interact with internal teams and external counsel, contribute to Special Assets workflows, and help protect collateral while supporting Canadian activities when needed.

Qualifications

• BS/BA preferred; 2–4 years of relevant experience or 6+ years in lieu of degree.
• 2+ years of overall work experience in commercial finance.
• Strong credit and collections knowledge.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and mainframe systems.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of distressed commercial fleet accounts and larger balances.
• Ensure timely collections and negotiate workout solutions and payment plans.
• Analyze fleet customer financials and market trends.
• Prepare restructure proposals and present to senior management and credit committees.
• Monitor Special Assets accounts and ensure compliance with guidelines.
