Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance or a related field.
• Minimum 6+ years in Workout/Special Assets, preferably at OCC-regulated institution.
• Experience with loan databases and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of distressed commercial real estate, multifamily, and/or C&I loans end-to-end.
• Prepare credit memos with detailed financial analysis and risk assessments.
• Identify credit risks early and implement actions to minimize defaults and impairments.
• Lead negotiations with borrowers and guarantors to maximize recovery.
• Monitor loan covenants and compliance with regulatory requirements.
