Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of classified CRE/multi-family loans end-to-end.
• Prepare credit memos with financial analysis and risk assessments.
• Identify credit risks and report changes to management.
• Develop and implement workout strategies to maximize recovery.
• Negotiate with borrowers/guarantors to protect the bank's position.
• Set and monitor borrower performance, covenants, and action plans.
• Prepare formal memoranda for senior credit approvals.
• Review amendments, restructures, and litigation documents.
• Coordinate with senior management to forecast losses and recoveries.
• Perform quarterly reserve analyses and credit cost forecasting.
