Responsibilities include supervising workouts, ensuring compliance with internal policies and banking regulations, and providing regular updates on collateral value and portfolio status.

Qualifications

• Proven negotiation and influential interpersonal skills are essential.
• Strong written and oral communication abilities.
• Ability to develop and/or complete effective financial models.
• Strong background in credit analysis and risk assessment.
• Knowledge of bankruptcy codes, foreclosure, and liquidation processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of credits in special assets to maximize recoveries and minimize losses.
• Coordinate with Credit management, attorneys, and appraisers for workout actions.
• Ensure expeditious treatment of foreclosures, litigation, and liquidation.
• Maintain compliance with bank and regulatory policies for workouts.
• Provide monthly updates on collateral values and portfolio status.
