Responsibilities

• Conducts market research and analysis to support remediation of CRE/multifamily loans.
• Re-underwrite credits with emphasis on borrower liquidity and cash flow sustainability.
• Develops, maintains, and updates financial models for restructurings.
• Supports creation and monitoring of workout strategies.
• Prepares detailed credit approval memos including financial analysis.
• Reviews loan bookings and collateral positions, maintains files.
