Job summary

Rockland Trust, a full‑service commercial bank headquartered in Massachusetts, seeks a Special Assets Portfolio Manager to join our Special Asset Group. The incumbent will underwrite and manage a portfolio of criticized loans for C&I and Real Estate, working with workout officers to support restructuring and risk mitigation.

You will prepare credit analyses and loan packages for approval, monitor covenant compliance, and collaborate with attorneys, appraisers, and clients to resolve issues

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics or equivalent.
• 4 years of prior Commercial Credit Analysis experience.
• Formal Credit Training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain an assigned portfolio of classified assets.
• Prepare loan packages for loan restructure approval.
• Prepare credit analyses for existing relationships with emphasis on restructuring and risk mitigation.
• Assist workout officers with Watched Asset Reports & Classified Assets Reports.
• Maintain timely renewals of loan maturities and ensure covenant compliance.
