Buffalo Trace Distillery in Kentucky seeks a Production/Inventory Planner to manage daily bottling production entries in JDE and System 21, track inventories, and ensure accurate government records. Responsibilities

• Enter and book daily bottling production in JDE and System 21, verifying calculations and balances.
• Track and manage liquid, bulk, raw material, and ingredient inventories; enter bulk liquids and flavor ingredients.
• Collect, analyze, and reconcile data for government records and spirits usage.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and prepare necessary documentation.
• Complete inbound/outbound shipment paperwork to standards.
• Prepare reports such as Bottling Tank, Ingredient Inventory, and Month/Year-End inventories.
• Identify, research, and correct transaction errors and communicate issues.
• Manage bulk tanker inventories to minimize demurrage.
• Drive continuous process improvement in reporting, batch tracking, inventory control, and loss reduction.
• Cross-train across departments to strengthen processes and communication.
