Sazerac Company is seeking an Operations Coordinator at the Buffalo Trace Distillery in Franklin County, Kentucky. You will serve as the data and documentation backbone for the Bottling and Processing Departments, owning daily production booking, inventory tracking, and regulatory recordkeeping.
You will enter and reconcile transactions across ERP systems, maintain compliance with industry regulations, and drive continuous process improvements in reporting and inventory control.

The Operations Coordinator is the data and documentation backbone of our Bottling and Processing Departments. You'll own daily production booking, inventory tracking, and regulatory recordkeeping — entering and reconciling upwards of 150,000 transactions per year across our ERP systems.
