Job summary

Buffalo Trace Distillery is seeking a Distillery Coordinator to manage administrative and inventory functions across the distillery operations in Frankfort, KY. You will ensure system inventory accuracy by overseeing distillery production bookings and support commercial operations across departments.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, strong communication, and proficiency with ERP and MS Office. On-site, day shift with potential overtime, you will work within a team to maintain compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and technical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Book all distillery production in the system — mash, distillate, DDG, barrel entry, barrel shipments, and liquid shipments.
• Track on-site trailer inventory, shipments, and used barrels; enter DRPs; prepare and deliver outgoing Bills of Lading for newly filled barrels and bulk liquid.
• Coordinate bulk tanker receiving and international shipments.
• Manage vendor set-up, purchase order documentation, invoicing pre-checks, and general troubleshooting.
• Maintain government records and vehicle inspection documentation; perform other clerical duties as assigned.
• Complete goods receipts for consumables and reconcile inventory when discrepancies are identified.
