Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Production Booking & Inventory — Book all distillery production in the system and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Logistics & Shipping — Track on-site trailer inventory, shipments, and barrels; enter DRPs; prepare outgoing Bills of Lading.
• Tanker & International Coordination — Coordinate bulk tanker receiving and international shipments.
• Commercial Operations — Manage vendor setup, PO documentation, invoicing pre-checks, and general troubleshooting.
• Compliance & Records — Maintain government records and vehicle inspection documentation; perform clerical duties.
