Job summary

Electrical Automation Services in Hope Hull, AL, seeks an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician to support a high-speed distillery and beverage plant. You will troubleshoot, repair, and improve electrical, controls, and electromechanical systems to maximize uptime.

Responsibilities include PM, PdM, RCA, and documentation in SAP/CMMS, partnering with operations, engineering and leadership to drive reliability and safety across the site.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Experience troubleshooting automated manufacturing equipment in production.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical systems, control circuits, motors, motor controls, VFDs, PLCs, instrumentation, and automated production equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance (PM), predictive maintenance (PdM), and corrective maintenance activities on manufacturing equipment.
• Diagnose equipment failures using electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, PLC logic, and troubleshooting tools.
• Support production by responding to equipment breakdowns and minimizing downtime.
• Maintain conveyors, pumps, compressors, packaging equipment, filling systems, and bottling/canning lines.
• Assist with installation, commissioning, startup, and validation of new equipment and capital projects.
