Job summary

Electrical Automation Services in Hope Hull, AL is seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Technician to support a high-speed distillery and beverage production facility. You will troubleshoot, repair, and improve electrical, controls, and electromechanical systems across the plant, with emphasis on safety and reliability.

The role requires strong industrial electrical skills, experience with automated equipment, and knowledge of SAP/CMMS for work orders and equipment history.

Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician certification or equivalent.
• 5+ years industrial maintenance in beverage, distillery, or manufacturing.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, control circuits, motors, VFDs, PLCs, instrumentation.
• Perform PM, PdM, and corrective maintenance on plant equipment.
• Utilize SAP/CMMS to document work orders and history.
• Contribute to RCA, 5 Whys, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Follow safety and LOTO procedures and maintain 5S workspace.
