Job summary

Electrical Automation Services is seeking a skilled Electromechanical Technician to support a high‑speed distillery and beverage facility in Hope Hull, AL. The role covers troubleshooting, repair, and improvement of electrical and electromechanical systems on 2nd or 3rd shift.

You will perform PM/PdM, diagnose failures from schematics and PLC logic, and document activities in SAP/CMMS while collaborating with operations and engineering to boost asset performance and safety.

Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician certification or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years industrial maintenance in manufacturing/brewery/distillery environment.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Experience with automated manufacturing equipment and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical systems, controls, motors, VFDs, PLCs, instrumentation, and automation equipment.
• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on plant equipment.
• Document work orders and equipment history in SAP/CMMS.
• Support commissioning, startup, and validation of new equipment and capital projects.
• Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement activities.
