Job summary

Electrical Automation Services is seeking an Electromechanical Technician to support a high-speed distillery and beverage facility in Hope Hull, AL. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical, controls, and electromechanical systems on 2nd or 3rd shift, ensuring safety, quality, and reliability.

You will use SAP/CMMS to document work and conduct root cause analysis to drive continuous improvement, collaborating with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing, brewery, distillery, beverage, or food processing facilities.
• Must read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Experience troubleshooting automated manufacturing equipment; strong electrical safety and LOTO knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical systems, control circuits, motors, VFDs, PLCs, instrumentation and automated production equipment.
• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on plant equipment.
• Diagnose equipment failures using electrical schematics and troubleshooting tools; perform RCA and 5 Whys.
• Support production by minimizing downtime and maintaining conveyors, pumps, compressors, packaging, filling, bottling/canning, and process equipment.
• Participate in installation, commissioning, startup, and validation of new equipment and capital projects.
