Job summary

Electrical Automation Services is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician for our Hope Hull, Alabama facility. You will troubleshoot and maintain high-speed distillery and beverage production equipment, focusing on electrical, control circuits, PLCs, and instrumentation.

The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and continuous improvement within a 2nd or 3rd shift. Responsibilities include PM/PdM activities, root cause analysis, and collaboration across operations, maintenance,

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing or beverage facilities.
Experience troubleshooting automated manufacturing equipment in a production environment.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
Strong understanding of electrical safety and lockout/tagout (LOTO) practices.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical systems, control circuits, motors, VFDs, PLCs, instrumentation, and automated equipment.
Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing and utility equipment.
Diagnose failures using electrical schematics and PLC logic; support downtime reduction.
Maintain conveyors, pumps, compressors, packaging systems, and process equipment.
Assist with installation, commissioning, startup, and validation of new equipment.
Document work orders and maintenance history in SAP/CMMS.
