Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience supporting Regulation E (Reg E) dispute, claims, fraud, or error-resolution processes within a banking or financial services environment.
• Working knowledge of NACHA operating rules, ACH processing, and related regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Investigates and gathers all relevant information to the claims brought forth.
• Proactively manages cases and ensures timely follow-up of matters.
• Uses dispute resolution to handle customer concerns and find solutions to issues.
• Provides solutions to client, branch, and banking inquiries, and escalates issues when necessary.
• Handles complex dispute reviews.
• Manages the team inbox and proper distribution of items received.
