Job summary

• Associate degree in a business-related field plus two years of related experience or the equivalent.
• Above average customer service skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Aptitude for detail and accuracy and strong problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Research, investigate, and follow Regulation E rules for disputed transactions.
• Handle ACH and ATM/POS disputes with accuracy and timely customer responses.
• Coordinate with vendors on Reg E software and process changes.
• Inform FRAML and supervisors of trending issues and escalations.
