Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior fraud/dispute chargeback experience in banking/financial services.
• Excellent verbal and written customer service skills.
• Knowledge of processes and procedures affecting credit/debit and prepaid disputes.
• Ability to work independently and in a team while maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Process and resolve dispute inquiries in a call center environment.
• Learn and stay current on Visa/Mastercard regulations and applicable laws.
• Review, research and resolve fraud/dispute inquiries.
• Escalate issues with coaching to learn solutions and mentor others as needed.
• Expand knowledge of services and handle non-posted items or retrieval projects.
