Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Prior fraud/dispute chargeback experience is preferred.
• Banking/financial industry experience is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently and in a team while maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Process and resolve fraud/dispute inquiries in a call center environment.
• Learn Visa/Mastercard and federal/state regulations.
• Review, research and resolve fraud/dispute inquiries.
• Escalate issues with coaching and mentoring when needed.
• Support knowledge expansion across services and processes.
