Responsibilities

• Provide strategy and analytical support to a dedicated fraud analytics team for a single client.
• Identify, monitor, and mitigate first-party fraud risk while balancing customer experience and fraud loss prevention.
• Mentor Fraud Prevention Analysts and collaborate with Team Leads and Management.
• Serve as SME on Fraud Analytics and present findings to clients.
• Design and implement fraud reports and support automation.
