Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 1 year of claims management and customer service experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (oral and written).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer care with a client service mindset.
• Evaluate disputed credit card transactions.
• Investigate disputes and determine if chargebacks are appropriate.
• Debit commercial accounts for resolved chargebacks.
• Perform account reconciliations as part of dispute resolution.
• Provide merchants with documentation supporting debits.
• Assist with training and developing new team members.
• Handle special projects as assigned.
