Job summary

Addvantage Credit Union Staffing is seeking an experienced Card Services Representative for a credit union in Valencia, CA. This onsite role is full-time temporary with potential for temp-to-hire.

Salary ranges from $25.00 to $35.00 per hour; branch hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Responsibilities include handling fraud and dispute claims, provisional credits, and high-level member service.

Qualifications

• Must have 2–4 years in card services handling the duties listed.
• Must have chargeback experience.
• Processing debit and credit card disputes and adjustments required.

Responsibilities

• Collect necessary information for Fraud and Dispute claims.
• Provide and/or adjust provisional credit.
• Assist with members via phone and email when potential fraud is identified by either card processor or internal.
• Intake of fraud and dispute claims.
• Provide high level card services customer service to credit union members and co-workers in a call center environment.
• Update and utilize dispute management system.
• Process FALCON cases when fraud is suspected.
• Update member accounts in Symitar.
