Job summary

The Royal Group, an affiliate of Schwarz Partners, is seeking an Account Manager for our Cumberland, RI facility. You will manage customer programs from concept to completion, serving as the primary contact throughout display development, production and fulfillment with a focus on strong communication and relationship building.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, management, or related field.
• 2–5 years in account management, customer service, sales support, or project management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Points, and Teams).

Responsibilities

• Solicit and receive display design requests from customers.
• Coordinate rendering and pricing based on design specifications and artwork requirements.
• Review rendering options and pricing proposals with customers.
• Obtain purchase orders (POs) from customers.
• Provide shipping documentation and updates to customers.
• Follow up on outstanding accounts receivable (A/R) matters as needed.
