Job summary

Samsung Electronics America, Inc. seeks a Pricing Programs Manager to own display pricing programs, drive process improvements, and manage channel programs.

You will partner with Sales Operations, Product Management, and Sales teams to optimize discounts and ensure alignment with leadership expectations. The role requires strong Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce skills, plus experience in pricing or operations within large matrixed organizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and 6+ years of relevant experience with 3+ years in pricing or operations.
• Strong ability to work in large, matrixed organizations and prioritize competing demands.
• Experience with pricing programs, discounting, and channel programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Owns and launches pricing vehicles to drive discounting across the Display product portfolio.
• Evaluate special pricing requests for acceptability and viability.
• Lead continuous process improvement with SPA approvals, including automation.
• Manage channel programs with resellers to accelerate sales to end users.
• Evaluate Deal Registration requests against established criteria.
• Partner with sales and product management to remove obstacles to sales goals.
• Serve as primary point of contact for discounting programs and train sales staff.
