Job summary

Samsung Electronics America, Inc. in Plano seeks a Price, Promotion & Master Data Analyst to own pricing conditions, promotional system integrity, and customer master data across CE and NAHQ.

You will manage the full lifecycle from approvals to maintenance, collaborating with Sales, Finance, and Operations to ensure accurate pricing and timely promotions. This role requires deep system knowledge of N-ERP pricing, eBulletin and Deal Sheet processes, and cross-functional execution.

Responsibilities

• Pricing Management: Review and approve N-ERP pricing condition requests, update customer master price list, set up pricing conditions, and train new hires.
• Price Block & Condition Monitoring: Troubleshoot price blocks, review system price calculations, and identify discrepancies.
• MAP Excel & DFI Management: Maintain master mapping table of pricing condition types, manage annual DFI allowances and related contracts.
• Promotion Creation & System Maintenance: Update CPH and CCH models, configure accounts, and perform monthly promo chargeback updates.
• Promotion Communication: Review eBulletin and Deal Sheet requests, maintain mailing lists, and ensure accurate dissemination.
• Customer Master Data Management: Validate new sold-to requests, generate account numbers in CIS and N-ERP, and manage updates.
