Floor & Decor is seeking a Display Builder to design, build, and maintain store product displays across departments. You will follow department guidelines and create about 20–25 displays weekly, ensuring accuracy and safety in a warehouse environment.

You will collaborate with inventory staff to manage materials, submit write-offs, and plan monthly display calendars. A background in construction or woodwork and proficiency with basic tools are important for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of construction or building experience.
• Ability to follow safety regulations and policies.
• Experience in wood working, tile setting, and use of basic tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and build store product displays per the Department Manager.
• Create 20–25 displays per week.
• Collaborate with Inventory Control Specialist on write-offs and inventory.
• Create a monthly calendar for all displays.
