Catalyst Cannabis Co. is seeking an energetic Team Lead to supervise store operations and guest interactions. You will support the General Manager, oversee front-and-back staff, and help drive sales while ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures.

Applicants should be at least 21, pass a background check, and have a high school diploma or GED. Experience with POS systems (Treez) and a strong customer-service mindset are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Proficiency in point-of-sale cashier systems.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background Live Scan check if necessary.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.

• Lead guests, clients, vendors and management while guiding store operations.
