Job summary

Maitri is seeking a Dispensary Associate Lead to support daily operations and lead a team of Dispensary Associates. You will assist with scheduling, coaching, and directing activities while driving sales and ensuring compliant, high-quality customer service.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, verifying IDs, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records. The role requires leadership, reliability, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Exemplary customer service skills and professional conduct.
• Strong leadership ability with supervisory experience.
• Ability to pass state/federal background checks.
• Flexibility for nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead Dispensary Associates and support staff scheduling and coaching.
• Greet customers, verify IDs, discuss promotions, and educate on products.
• Process orders with scanners and MJ Freeway; ensure accurate data entry.
• Package products per regulations; log transactions and maintain logs.
• Manage cash, assist with inventory, and support closing/opening tasks.
