Job summary

Maitri Medicinals LLC is seeking a Dispensary Associate to deliver exceptional patient service and educate customers on medical cannabis products. You will ensure accurate, regulation-compliant sales and support daily dispensary operations in a clean, secure environment.

The role requires cross-training across intake, advisory, fulfillment, and patient services, with a focus on accurate transactions and customer education in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to pass state and federal background checks.
• Basic math skills and comfort handling cash.
• Proficiency with technology and ability to learn new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient customer service and educate customers on medical cannabis products.
• Ensure accurate and compliant sales transactions.
• Support daily dispensary operations and maintain a clean, secure environment.
• Cross-train across core operations including intake, advisory, fulfillment, and surveillance.
• Assist with house-keeping and other duties as needed.
