Job summary

FarmaceuticalRX is seeking a Dispensary Associate Lead to support dispensary leadership with daily operations and deliver exceptional customer service.

You will supervise staff, assist with scheduling, oversee tasks, process transactions with Dutchie POS, ensure OAARS compliance, and help achieve sales and operational goals. This role requires flexibility with opening/closing shifts and maintaining a compliant, efficient, and customer-focused dispensary environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience in retail or dispensary settings.
• Must be 21 years of age and able to thrive in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or GED required; shipping/receiving and cashiering experience a plus.
• Exemplary customer service skills and strong leadership ability.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, verify identity, assist with product selection and education.
• Process transactions using Dutchie POS and ensure accurate data entry.
• Assist scheduling, coaching, onboarding and training of new hires.
• Support inventory checks and ensure compliant storage and packaging.
• Maintain clean, compliant dispensary environment and assist with opening/closing.
• Resolve routine customer concerns with high service standards.
