Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of proven retail management or supervisory experience.
• At least 3 years of retail customer service or CRM experience.
• High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Adult-Use Massachusetts Retail cannabis industry experience preferred.
• Experience with Dutchie or other Seed-to-Sale POS preferred.
• Multilingual abilities to assist a diverse customer base is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead supervision of CSR's, Guest Relations Reps, Fill Associates. May supervise Inventory Associates.
• Assist with training of all CSR roles (Checkout, Floor Sales, Guest Relations, and Fulfillment).
• Educate customers on products, strains, methods, and cultivation information with provided resources.
• Lead or assist with pre-shift meetings and discuss improving product availability and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of all Lazy River Products offerings and MA cannabis laws.
