Job summary

Lazy River Products, LLC is seeking a Dispensary Team Lead to oversee daily operations on the sales floor and supervise a team of CSRs and associates. You will promote a positive culture, train staff, and ensure accurate product education and compliance with regulations.

You will lead safety-first operations, handle shift changes, and support the General Manager in delivering exceptional guest experiences and community outreach in Massachusetts.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of proven retail management or supervisory experience.
• At least 3 years of retail customer service or equivalent experience.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required; college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift supervision of CSR roles and dispensary staff.
• Train dispensary staff to educate customers about products and strains.
• Assist with opening/closing and cash handling procedures.
• Ensure compliance with state/local cannabis laws and company policies.
• Maintain knowledge of products, promotions, and customer needs.
