Qualifications

• High school degree or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager in retail or hospitality.
• Proven ability to manage teams effectively.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Smartsheet.
• Strong operational and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage dispensary staff, schedules, inventory, and customer relations.
• Serve as role model for staff on products, procedures, and regulations.
• Coordinate with corporate retail team to communicate accurate information.
• Drive company programs and motivate store team to meet objectives.
• Plan and delegate responsibilities to assistants to ensure smooth operations.
• Communicate daily and weekly operational goals to staff.
