Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years as Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager in retail or hospitality.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Strong leadership and integrity.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient in MS Office including Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

• Manage dispensary staff, schedules, inventory, and customer relations.
• Lead staff with training, coaching, and development.
• Coordinate with corporate retail team for accurate information.
• Drive program implementation to meet objectives.
• Ensure accurate cash flow and daily reconciliations.
• Provide regular sales and profitability reports.
• Participate in interviewing and candidate selection.
