Verano Holdings Corp. is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager for our Fort Myers dispensary. You will support staff, manage scheduling, and ensure high levels of customer service in a dynamic, retail cannabis environment.

The role involves coaching staff, maintaining inventory accuracy, and coordinating with the General Manager to communicate across the retail team. Some weekends and holidays may be required. A positive attitude and strong teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school degree or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year as an assistant manager or higher.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends/holidays as needed.
• Proven ability to manage teams effectively.

Responsabilités

• Support dispensary staff, inventory, and patient/customer relations.
• Interact with customers and patients to provide exceptional service.
• Respond to inquiries, feedback, and suggestions.
• Build bi-weekly work schedules for current and incoming staff.
• Regularly walk the floor and assist staff with products and services.
