Qualifications

• High school degree or GED is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as an Assistant Store Manager and/or Store Manager in retail or hospitality is required.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Proven ability to manage teams effectively.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Highly proficient in MS Office Suite, including Smartsheet.
• Strong operational skills in a customer-service environment.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.

Responsabilités

• Responsible for managing dispensary cashflow, staff, schedules, inventory, and customer relations.
• Acts as a role model and resource for staff on products, policies, and regulatory changes.
• Coordinates with corporate retail team to ensure accurate information is communicated.
• Drives implementation of company programs by motivating staff to meet objectives.
• Plans and delegates tasks to Assistant Dispensary Manager and store teams for smooth operations.
• Communicates operational goals daily and weekly to staff.
• Leads team meetings to discuss location initiatives and changes.
• Creates implementation plans for efficiency and results.
• Solicits customer feedback to understand needs.
• Provides training, coaching, and development opportunities to staff.
• Assists and supports upset customers with equitable solutions.
• Provides regular inventory, sales, and profitability reports to corporate retail.
• Maintains records of all activity per local laws and regulations.
• Assists in interviewing and candidate selection.
