Job summary

Verano Bradfordville is seeking an experienced Dispensary Manager to oversee daily operations of our Floridian dispensary. You will manage staff, schedules, inventory, and customer relations, while ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Lead the store team, coordinate with corporate retail, and drive programs to meet company objectives. The role demands strong leadership, excellent communication, and a passion for serving the adult cannabis community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years as Assistant Store Manager/Store Manager in retail or hospitality.
• 21 years or older.
• Strong integrity and honesty.
• Flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays.
• Passion for serving the adult cannabis community.
• Proven ability to manage teams effectively.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient with MS Office; experience with Smartsheet is a plus.
• Strong operational skills in customer service environment.
• Ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Manage dispensary cashflow, staff, schedules, inventory, and customer relations.
• Serve as a role model and resource for staff on products, policies, and regulations.
• Coordinate with corporate retail team to relay accurate information to staff.
• Drive implementation of programs and develop plans to meet objectives.
• Plan and delegate tasks to Assistant Dispensary Manager and store team.
• Communicate daily/weekly operational goals to staff.
• Lead meetings to discuss location initiatives and changes.
• Create implementation plans for operational efficiency and best results.
• Solicit feedback to understand customer and community needs.
• Provide training, coaching, and development opportunities to staff.
• Assist upset customers by finding equitable solutions.
• Provide regular inventory, sales, and profitability reports to corporate team.
• Maintain records of all store activities per local laws and regulations.
• Assist in interviewing and candidate selection.
• Other duties as assigned.
