Job summary

Acreage CCF New Jersey, Williamstown, is seeking an Assistant Dispensary Manager to support the dispensary manager with inventory control and leadership duties at our Williamstown facility.

The role involves approx. 50% inventory/fulfillment work and 50% managerial tasks, with a comprehensive benefits package. Must be 21+, have 1–2 years of management experience, and strong cash/inventory skills.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• 1–2 years previous management experience.
• Cash management and inventory control skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with inventory and fulfillment tasks, including order fulfillment, delivery intake, aging inventory, and reconciliations.
• Authorize product returns and assist with product recall processes.
• Assist with promotion development and daily menu management based on inventory.
• Oversee daily sales operations including cash reconciliation and sales reporting.
• Ensure compliance with state guidelines for patient interactions/education.
• Assist with staff scheduling, recruiting, onboarding, and provide coaching.
