Acreage CCF New Jersey, Egg Harbor Township, is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the dispensary manager with daily operations, inventory fulfillment, and staff coordination.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

About The Role

The Assistant Manager will be responsible for assisting the dispensary manager with managerial duties as well as fulfillment and inventory responsibilities. This position will consist of approximately 50% inventory/fulfillment work and 50% managerial tasks.

How You’ll Make a Difference

• Assist with tasks with physical inventory including but not limited to: Order fulfillment, delivery intake, monitoring aging inventory, destruction oversight, reconciliations, and inventory discrepancies.
• Authorize product returns
• Assist with product recall processes
• Assist with the creation promotion development.
• Responsible for managing the daily menu based on the current inventory.
• Assist the Dispensary Manager with required daily/monthly audits.
• Manage daily sales operations including but not limited to cash reconciliation, sales reporting, access inventory audits.
• Ensuring compliance with state guidelines regarding patient interactions/education.
• Oversight of any vendors and visitors.
• Assist with facilitating patient education events.
• Assist with staff conflict/coaching
• Assist with employee scheduling, recruiting, and onboarding
• Follow up on general building maintenance

Skills To Be Successful

Education and Experience

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• 1-2 years previous management experience.

Schedule

• 40 hours per week, 5 8-hour shifts, open availability required including weekends and Holidays as needed for business operations.

Manufacturing environment that requires extended time standing, walking, bending and reaching. Ability to carry up to 50lbs for up to 100ft may be required.
