Job summary

Acreage CCF New Jersey in Williamstown, NJ, is seeking an Assistant Dispensary Manager to support the dispensary manager with daily operations and inventory fulfillment. The role balances hands-on inventory tasks with managerial duties to ensure smooth store performance.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Associates degree or equivalent, bachelor’s preferred
• 1–2 years of previous management experience
• Cash management and inventory control skills

Responsibilities

• Assist with inventory tasks: order fulfillment, delivery intake, aging inventory monitoring, destruction oversight, reconciliations, discrepancies
• Authorize product returns and assist with product recall processes
• Assist with promotion development and daily menu management based on inventory
• Conduct daily/monthly audits with the Dispensary Manager
• Manage daily sales operations: cash reconciliation and sales reporting
• Ensure compliance with state guidelines for patient interactions/education
• Oversee vendors and visitors; coordinate patient education events
• Assist with staff scheduling, recruiting and onboarding; resolve staff conflicts
