Job summary

Acreage CCF New Jersey, Egg Harbor Township, is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Dispensary Manager with daily operations, inventory fulfillment, and leadership duties. The role is split roughly 50% inventory/fulfillment and 50% managerial tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Associates degree or equivalent, bachelor’s preferred.
• 1–2 years previous management experience.
• Cash management and inventory control skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the Dispensary Manager with daily/monthly audits.
• Manage daily sales operations including cash reconciliation and sales reporting.
• Oversee inventory control, fulfillment, and aging inventory.
• Authorize product returns and assist with recalls.
• Assist with creating promotions and managing the daily menu based on current inventory.
• Coordinate staff scheduling, recruiting, and onboarding.
• Provide staff coaching and resolve conflicts.
• Ensure compliance with state guidelines regarding patient interactions/education.
• Oversee vendors and visitors and assist with patient education events.
• Assist with facility maintenance and general building upkeep.
