Job summary

Acreage CCF New Jersey, Egg Harbor Township, is seeking a Dispensary Associate to educate customers face-to-face and by phone, handle records, assist with inventory and cash management, and participate in order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills
• Dependable team player with good work ethic

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers face-to-face and by phone to educate and advise
• Record-keeping, inventory assistance, and cash management
• Cross-train in order fulfillment: prepare orders, enter product data, call customers, verify IDs
• Maintain compliance with SOPs and state regulations; protect patient confidentiality
• Perform end-of-day POS closing and investigate variances
• Keep a clean, organized workspace and support sanitation
