Job summary

Acreage CCF New Jersey is seeking a Dispensary Manager to lead daily operations in Egg Harbor Township. You will supervise an Assistant Dispensary Manager, Inventory team, and Dispensary Associates to drive KPI growth and member service excellence.

The role requires 5+ years in high-volume retail management within the cannabis industry, strong leadership, and solid knowledge of seed-to-sale and compliance regulations. On-site role with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in high-volume retail management.
• Cannabis industry experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dispensary operations and staff to achieve KPI’s.
• Ensure compliance and SOP adherence across shifts.
• Deliver exceptional member service in-person and by phone.
• Manage inventory, cash handling, scheduling, and record keeping.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and finance for support.
