Job summary

Qualifications

• At least three years of customer service or retail experience, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Cannabis experience preferred
• Inventory control experience preferred
• Meet the scheduling and availability requirements (varying shifts including mornings, days, nights, weekends)
• Must have reliable, responsible and dependable attendance.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must pass any and all required background checks.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license or state ID.
• Must understand and comply with the rules, regulations, policies, and procedures of Green Thumb
• Must have a solid understanding of cannabis laws, rules and regulations, and a passion to further knowledge in the industry.
• Prior cannabis experience not required

Responsibilities

• Support management in overseeing the execution of all dispensary operations to ensure compliance with security, inventory, and local/state regulations.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, communicating inventory actions with management.
• Oversee intake and verification of deliveries, transfers, and inventory management, ensuring vault accuracy.
• Lead team members to execute programs, initiatives, and regional in-store promotions.
• Demonstrate proper cash handling, including processing payments, discount application, and cash maintenance.
