Job summary

iAnthus Capital is seeking a Dispensary Lead in Florida to oversee daily operations, ensuring a compliant and welcoming experience for medical cannabis patients and adult‑use customers. You will guide staff, process orders, and maintain inventory with precision.

You should have 2+ years in hospitality or retail, strong communication skills, and a positive, proactive attitude. Ganjier certification is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality service or high-volume retail.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred; 1–3 years in retail managing a team.
• Knowledge of local/state laws pertaining to medical marijuana is a plus.
• Experience with Excel, POS, and inventory management systems.

Responsibilities

• Create an environment focused on patient interaction and service.
• Respond to patients with empathy and professionalism.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information and interactions.
• Multi-task and resolve problems quickly while upholding policies.
• Process patient orders based on physician recommendations and OMU registry.
• Balance cash and inventory during daily closing.
• Open or close the dispensary as assigned and lead the team.
• Supervise staff and ensure service quality during consultations and sales.
