Qualifications

• Must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations as manager on duty.
• Balance cash and oversee inventory daily; train team on procedures.
• Monitor sales and inventory, provide feedback to improve store trends.
• Ensure compliance with local/state laws and company policies.
• Assist in recruitment, interviews and scheduling.
