iAnthus Capital is seeking a Dispensary Lead in Daytona Beach, FL to provide a high-touch experience for patients and adult-use customers while driving sales and operations. The role emphasizes confidentiality, patient-first service, and accurate daily closing procedures.

The position requires hospitality/retail experience, 21+ years of age, and 2+ years in customer service, with familiarity in Excel, POS systems, and inventory controls; certification in Ganjier or Green Flower is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• 2+ years hospitality/retail experience.
• Experience in customer service and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Create an environment of Patients First with excellent patient interaction.
• Open or close the dispensary as a key holder and balance cash.
• Process patient orders based on physician recommendations and records.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow company policies.
• Support team and ensure accuracy in inventory and POS transactions.
